Decided that these extra kilograms make me really uncomfortable. I want to lose them as a priority because I want options around what to wear and to feel better in my skin.
Today was about beginning to track again. I did not manage any exercise, but I did drink some water which needs to become a regular thing.
I ate over my goal of 1500 calories, but I did remember to track everything I ate (I think) and was surprised at how quickly snacks are forgotten.
One goal is to reach 80kg by 12/2/17, in time for Larni's 50th. That will be a good start towards my goal of being able to ride in Hyde Park, which means I need to be 75kg or less by May.
Here we go.
I am allowing myself some botox or fillers at 80kg. Because looking good (aka young) is nice.
