First day of Lent! My daily lattes are being set aside for the next 40 days. Will just have an Americana (s?) so I am not making anyone else suffer :-P I think I am already "fasting" for the most part - will probably move more calories to one meal. Will see. Also will need to make sure I plan for fish on Friday.
