I really hesitated to put the actual weight that was looking up at me yesterday, so I weighed again today to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Sure enough, my old dial scale was solidly on the 230 line! I feel like I look essentially exactly the same as when I started at 246, but I do feel a little better, and no matter what, it's exciting to see the numbers going down..

Well done. Isn't it nice to find that the weight loss was real and not a scale fault. If that happens with me I pick the cat up and make sure the scale registers it (13 lbs of cat) and then get back on when I put him down.

Haha I love the idea with the cat; I just moved 2 months ago and don't have a pet yet but that's still pretty smart! And honestly my clothes feel about the same, but I actually also don't wear pants! I'm a weirdo and only only wear dresses, with the addition of leggings in the winter, so I guess clothing isn't the best gauge for me.
