209.2 lbs this morning. Looking at my weight chart I realize I'd been on the wrong track pretty much all last year and couldn't seem to get things turned around. Finally, I have my head on right. It's all in the mind, with the right mindset it's so much easier.
My left achilles tendon continues to slowly heal but it's an up and down thing. Some days it seems almost normal, others it's stiff and sore. I pushed it too far a couple days ago on a hike, so just need to be patient, keep stretching it and not over stress it.
Getting treated to dinner out with my wife tonight at a nice restaurant, courtesy of a friend paying back a favor. It'll be a treat and we're looking forward to it, will be fasting and saving up the calories for tonight. Hope everyone has a great Friday!
