After anticipating all week to weigh myself after detox, I get my period the night before weigh in. I was so angry!
I went ahead and got on the scale this morning, because I couldn't wait any longer. But I am keeping in mind that my body is holding onto excess fluids.
I will record my weight again next weekend to update my progress.
