I've been tracking on myfitnesspal for a change of pace. Interesting... went to the dr and she said I should be eating 1300-1400 calories a day plus 150 minutes of exercise each week. I was shooting for 1800 net calories after exercising. Explains why I couldn't budge off my weight I guess. So I'm learning what to eat to keep calories much lower and she gave me the OK to be obssessive about it =)

waist : 32
hips: 42
thigh: 25
arm: 11.5
neck: 14

I shoot for 1300-1400 and it works well. I don't obsessively calorie count, but I usually eat the same foods so I have a good idea what I'm putting in my body.
