Wow, this is a slow trip out of the 170's! I had kinda hoped to be below 170 at today's weigh-in... Oh well. There's always next week... Or the week after. I'm still happy about having a loss this week. I can definitely feel it, too. Like my thighs don't brush together when I walk anymore, that's a good feeling (or lack of feeling, I guess I should say!). I like those milestones.
Tomorrow I leave for a weekend trip to Las Vegas, I'll be back Monday afternoon. I know it is going to be a challenge to stay on track down there, but I am going to do my best. And at least I know I will be doing a lot of walking!
