I just can't get my 'head' into it..YIkeS!! Ya know what, next week I'm going to join the meetings, I think. I have a buddy that will go with me. Seems like, for me, I have to 'pay' to lose weight. Like i tell myself 'you paid for it you better go'...It worked 2 years ago when I went to the meetings...I know it will work again! Maybe I'll get some new tips and I'll log them here for ya'll? It's a plan!
