Well congratulations, I did not know. Good luck to you. I am recovering from total knee replacement. Soon I will be out walking & seeing my weight numbers decrease.

Don't worry! Having a baby never gives women complete control of their bodies. You'll get it back!!! You're a tall, cool, determined Swede with Viking blood running through your veins! We're ALL BEHIND YOU! YOU WILL MAKE IT HAPPEM! I'm always amazed that women are so strong. We Love You Guyz P.S. I's good that Men don't have the kids.

Sorry I'm not in class but I'm really using all the tools I was taught by my awesome dieticians & weight management team. These are a permanent part of my life even though I slipped after surgery and picked up weight. I am determined to use my tools and get to my goal weight. Thanks for keeping in touch Tara.
