I'm back to where i started last week!! I think the heat may be messing with my fluid retention??? I have no idea, but i'm glad to be back!!! xmas parties are in full swing, so i'm pleased with my progress.. I have been given some herbal pills from a vietnamese lady. they keep the hunger away!! especially at night when the snack attacks hit.. and when i'm at the xmas parties with all the food available..i've done some research about them over the net, and so far all i know is they are harmless and herbal!! i'll keep researching..

Thank goodness! I was worried about you there - but you are definitely back! Keep up the good work - and let me have the name of those tablets - they sound like just thing we all need!!

the name of the pills are " Menova".. i'm in australia and haven't been able to find a stockist anywhere.. except for the lady who gives them to me!! they seem to boost your metabolism also.. they give you a feeling of fullness.. not bloating.. i just can't munch or pick at food at all... so if anyone can find them, or if you know of them by another name, then i'd be interested in that..
