Hey, Bill, et al. I knew I'd find you all here. It's funny how you can know what you need to do but you need to find the mental motivation to make it happen. It's never just a simple decision. Thanks for welcoming me back. Very low cals today. Likely I'll go for about 2300 tomorrow to keep it rational. That's still a cut for me.
