Christmas is here and the first of the parties last week. I was reluctant to go, as I haven't been out much since starting the diet in order to avoid temptation. I stuck to red wine and left the cheese based starter, and sugared fruit dessert... and to my delight I was still down a pound on the scales the following day!
The head was still stinging though. I really have not missed hangovers. If I can make it through christmas without beer, or sugar I think I'll be ok.
Hope everyone else is starting to feel festive.
