I have avoided this site and the scales since my birthday on 21st of February as I thought that if I had put on weight which was more than likely I would become unmotivated.
I did try to stay on the healthy side of naughty and I think that it has paid off. So back on track now and a couple of people have asked if I have lost some weight and that is the greatest motivator ever.
