Slowly going down and this makes me happy. Went to a family birthday party on Saturday and managed to stay away from all the junk but did have a small piece of birthday cake (white cake with strawberries in middle, I just couldn't resist). Hopefully once this snow storm passes and we get back into nice weather I will start losing more because I will be walking more. I have a doctor's appointment in 2 weeks and I was hoping to be down more but am happy with what I have lost, he at least will see that I am trying.
