Christmas cookies, yum. But I am okay with the gain, as I know its just a temporary thing.
I am not 100% OP this week and that is something I knew would be a factor in my weigh's until the new year. I am not going overboard, but I am not limiting myself this week either.
2008 will hold many success's for me, and I am okay taking slow steps to make sure it not only happens but sticks this time.
