Went for my 6month check up hospital kidney problems stage 3 ,peripheral neuropathy ,diabetes HbA1C level 10 , resistant told doctor that the insulin is not working said it's all in my head and prescribed antidepressants so pissed off at the moment taking 76 units in morning and 50 units at night 850mg methforman twice a day need to get back on tract with my low carb diet as at the previous visit to the doctor told me my diet can be harmful for my kidneys followed his eating plan and gained weight and some more I just feel it's time to do my own thing again and go back on Banting and do what's right for me and forget what the doctor said and do what's best for me 😓
