Well I'm back after moving over the weekend. Was without Internet for several days. Today we sign the closing docs to sell our old house, then will spend the weekend unpacking & putting things away (or trying to at least) in our "Tiny Townhouse Nation" apartment. It's like 900 ft. smaller than the old house, and even after packing so much stuff into storage and getting rid of other stuff, we STILL have so much! Needless to say I haven't been tracking, have been eating on the run (so to speak) & exercise is mostly packing, carrying & unpacking - whew! At least my weight's been fairly stable through all this. Oh, and I'm supposed to run a 10K leg of a marathon relay on Sunday, my first 10K, woo hoo! Looking forward to a little down-time next week, getting settled into a good routine, start meal-planning again. Most of my training has been to increase distance; after Sunday I will work on speed. Shorter runs with HIIT thrown in for good measure 3 days/week. Probably start adding weight training as well, I know I need to after all this moving. I am NOT very strong it seems, LOL!
