Stayed the same which is fine. I haven't been doing so good this last week so I will take it. Need to get my head in the game, it was secretaries week last week and a lot of goodies here at work and I should have passed them by but I slipped into old habits and I am lucky I didn't gain weight. Its a new week and time to get back on it. Weather has been rainy so no walking but I will go to the mall tonight and do a few laps just to get my exercise going again.
