no change from this morning, nekkid on my scale, but at the clinic at noon (every Tuesday during lunch I go for 'my weekly check-in') I'm down a mere pound...
Sooo, make of that what you will, I'm scratching my head on that one.
My counselor, been doing sessions every Monday at noon. At first for grief over loosing the folks but I kept going to help deal with my pain and that constant pull into the dark abyss of depression, anger and loneliness (of now having literally NO ONE in my life now, some of you know the reactions I received from work and "freinds")it keeps dragging down too, reassured me my choice to 'retire' the old liberty and get this new Renegade was OK, even though I was having seconds thoughts because it felt like I was betraying a promise to the folks not to waist their money on frivolous crap...
But then again, I feel bad about even buying new pants when old ones turn to rags, that I should be able to get more life out of them.
I hope all this doesn't start me on a trend of getting infected by SOS (Shiny Object Syndrome) where I just have to get what ever is new, shny and latest trendy 'gottohaveit' thing.
