So much for good ideas. Documenting all my meals for the whole week ahead of time, did not work, as I did not go in and edit when I strayed from plan. So now will only document one day at a time and see if that helps me to stay focused and on track. Also thinking I could still have my nightly vodka nightcap and still lose weight turned out not to work for me. So no more nightcap unless it is green tea or a protein shake.
