Hello and Happy Thursday FS!

Snarly is directionally challenged. I've been switching things up and it is not working for me. I have to figure out a way to get my exercise in as it has been nil. I blame it on work hours but are my priorities shifting? I hope I'm not starting to lose total focus.

By golly the sun is trying to sneak out of the clouds! Very nice!

I felt like a started losing focus in Jan. It took me a while to find the right mindset again. I had to go back to where I started and remind myself why I started and how I felt in the beginning. I also tried to remember the feeling I got with each loss I had and each accomplishment I made. It helped me get re-focused and not lose it before I did some major damage. We know you have it in you b/c you have already proven you can do it. You've come so far. We'll be here to motivate you.

Find someone in your life that would be willing to do a weight loss or exercise challenge with you.. I've found that has been the best motivator for me - having someone to keep you pushing and keep you accountable (if it isn't enough just to weigh in on here..) OR just make a challenge for yourself - you need to get in X amount of activity in 5 days a week, or you want to lose X pounds/inches by the end of March.. compete against yourself... Make a list of reasons why you want to do this so that you can remind yourself why you are on this journey - get to the deeper reasons instead of just seeing a lower number on the scale.. You can do it!!
