So i made it through the holidays without gaining too much. I actually saw 168 on the scale this december, but keep fluctuating between that and 173, so i'm going to be honest and record 173. Hopefully it will be a great year. I lost about 20 lbs over the last year and am hoping for at least 20 more this year. That's not too big of a challenge.
