Phew! Haven't weighed myself for 8weeks now.. Stopped doing much for April since I was too drained from previous months & looking after e lil one. Completely stopped running and ate more crap than I'm used to. Tried controlling portions though.. Started running again 2weeks ago.. have done 3 half marathons so far, increasing my mileage and recently also my pace.. Have also been eating more and whatever I want as long as it stays within my daily calorie range.. I probably overshoot most days but I guess I burn enough calories to still lose, or at least break even. I Guess the break was a well needed one. Previously I had stalled for 3-4 weeks at 61.5-62kg so...
