Diehard, if I'd eaten correctly during the flooring I'd have dropped at least 5 more pounds I'm sure. But food was quick and on the fly so Domino's Pizza was a mainstay! A little over a pound drop isn't much, the important thing is I'm back on track doing what I need to do. Stick to that and the pounds will come off.
