Hanging in there! Wishing everyone success and happiness with all your endeavors! As usual, I am Busy with the multi-generational care-giving, but doing well! Grand kids are a blast and we are certainly enjoying the summer! The old folks are doing well and hopefully no serious issues for awhile! Dad got a lift chair that eases his knees in getting up and the elevated feet make him feel rejuvenated! I bet he sleeps in that puppy! Mother-in-law doing just fine for 96! I keep record of my food on paper in the kitchen as it is more convenient and just making better food choices. It's working! Nothing extreme, we rarely eat dairy or flour...but not excluding it in entirety. Just choosing to eat better, cleaner, whole fuel for our bodies. Have a great day everyone...MISS YOU ALL!
