Wow. It was really interesting reading my journal from a few years ago. I was a total acloholic. Anyway I am happy to say I no longer drink and I am at 165.5 but I look great. Exercise 3-5x a week with the iron gym and dip grips. Family back together. Got my AA from school. I am finishing a campaign for the Fitness and Nutrition group at my school and I am endorsing Fat Secret as the App of our group. It really works and I can testify to that. Anyway I want to gain another 10 lbs the healthy way so I think I'll use this for that. Anyone who reads this Fatsecret is the best way to track your diet and lose weight... and it's free. I don't know where my life would have gone without this website and app. It saved me from being fat and I can't be more grateful.
