Today I started a new, drastic & expensive diet: HMR. I feel like I've joined a cult and I can't have friends anymore; bring my own food everywhere, eat at specific times, etc. I feel confident though that if I stick with it, I'm going to lose 25 pounds by Halloween. I'm in.
