I lost one pound whoop de doo. I upgraded my gym membership to VIP about a week ago and still haven't gone. Well, at least I'm still going to my fiance's gym on Saturdays. Even though I haven't lost any weight in the past month, the great news is that I am no longer a size 14. I finally lost a whole dress size and everthing is too large. I can't believe that I now wear a medium! Now I am very motivated to lose more! :D
