Fallen off the wagon again but have been trying out this Beaton route ... so far so good but I think I'm eating too much. Have watched some interesting documentaries which has made me a meat eater a little concerned 😳 so I'm gonna try the vegan route and see how it affects my weight and general health. Being a huge meat and dairy eater I have ended up with high blood pressure, skin issues and pre diabetic which worries me so I'm going to try reverse the damage I had done x for those of you who are interested watch " fork over knife" and "what the health" on Netflix . Also watched "fat, sick and nearly dead" so today I'm going to try just juicing it all day ! Wish me luck !!!!
