Holding steady at 170. I dipped to 169 but today's weigh-in is as stated. The 160's are coming and staying, I can feel it. Can't believe it's been three weeks since I have been on site. not much to report. Making and Eating good food choices and moving more. Good luck to everyone working so hard to become healthier and stronger, lighter and fitter!
