117 pounds! Jeez! I looked at the number you've lost and am amazed! Truly amazed. Keep the faith and it WILL happen. My new phrase is "It Will Work" because it will. You know what to do (you've been doing it) and you know it works so don't let a little setback and frustrating number on the scale deter you. You WILL do it!
