The scale has been up and down, but it did read 172 this morning.
One pound lost is better than nothing.
I am recovering from back surgery... at the end of january i will finally be able function without my back brace. I'm hoping this will increase my activity.... or my willingness to excercise without fear of injury.
Hoping to achieve a loss of 2lbs. by next weigh in.
