Started Phase 3 on Wednesday Sept 13th..it is the beginning of maintenance of this Ideal Protein diet. ..after so many months of no bread..I had whole grain bread and dairy..i felt bloated and have had stomach pains since Wednesday.

I don't remember what bread is like, and you're reminding me I don't want to! Had a bit of dairy today, didn't even think to take lactase, which doesn't help much anyway; will probably pay for that in about an hour. Hope you'll feel better soon.
