Been keeping under calories thanks to correcting some poor choices yesterday and planning today. Feel much less guilt when I plan the day and it ends up healthy than when I eat taco bell and 2 donuts and then have to limit myself and hope it was enough to come under. At Chinese Tuesday night I got soup and placed it on my empty plate (we were eating family-style. I also put my hot mustard/red sauce dip bowl on the plate to take up space. Worked well. I also sipped water to take time and fill my belly.
