Mal- I just entered 199 last October when I installed the Fat Secret app. I started using the app because I wanted to track food while trying out Keto. So, I have never had a specific number of pounds as a goal in mind--I am still interested in losing fat mainly around my midsection. I am just guessing that I have 5-6 months to go before I will feel like I need to be eating. In maintenance mode. 😊
