have been kinda ashamed of myself and had been following what my scale at home was telling me which was that I was 5lbs less than i am, but the scale at the Drs office told me different. so as of today I am attempting a baby food diet in hopes of getting over this stall that I've been battling since October of last year. wish me luck 😀🍀

OMG, rather you than me, I couldn't live without salt! However, if it works for you go for it and good luck. You will always weigh differently on different scales so don't take it too much to heart - I weigh more at home than I do at work so I try to always weigh on the same scales so there is less discrepancy. One step at a time SS.
