Did not do to well this week at all. My life has been a little crazy. I had roofers doing my roof and sick kids and a computer driving me mad. Well all is well now. I am in desperate need of exercise. My poor dog is begging me to walk her. Its a new week and this week I will do better. I think I was even getting a little of what the kids had. Just and all around bad week. But I still managed to loose a pound. So I cant really complain to much. Well it is late I am going to go for now. I will do better this coming week with keeping in touch.
