The last ten days have been a whirlwind of celebrations, birthday parties, cake and wine. But somehow I managed to lose 1.1Kg which i am hugely grateful for! I also used IASO Tea for 5 days. Its usually 8 but mine was spilled. I am thinking that on the days I was not doing anything of the above my choices were healthy and the fact that i have finally gone back to gym has also helped with the loss. This is not going to continue and life goes back to normal as all the celebrations etc are done! Bring on summer and I am going to get back on track and I am going to beat the bulge.
