Time to get my act together & restart the weight loss journey. A year ago I lost 43lbs and still had a considerable amount to lose. I lost my gusto & let, what essentially was, lack of proper education on my chosen Way of Eating take over. I've taken the time to educate myself better & feel better prepared to make this change.
