Wow! I had sort of given up for the week after yesterday's weigh in. Not sure what I ate that caused it but I ended up on the loo most of the night. Kak way to spend the night (excuse my French) but it gave me a little boost to try reach my goal for Friday (under 61). now I'm in bed for the day with a good excuse not to eat anything. at least something good came out of the rough night...
