So, terrible weekend. Endless Shrimp on Saturday followed by lots of fried chicken on Sunday! Didnt exercise restraint at all and
there is really no excuse. Not going to beat
myself up, just move on. Weighed myself
this morning but I am not logging it. Will do it tomorrow after a good day. THE STRUGGLE IS SO REAL! 😞

I prefer not to feel too guilty when I over indulge. Guilt & stress just make things that much harder over all. Enjoy the splurge then get back on track!
