Thank you... through perseverance and sheer determination, and work and fat secret... I keep going. Worked out a formula that proved to work for me and the Taurus in me knuckled down and fought the battle of the bulge. I’m almost at the weight I was when I was 22... I’m delighted 😀

Thank you so much. I work as a swim teacher, and I’ve been asked lately... “have you lost weight?” And I smile, and say yes😁 I’m so happy to say yes! My initial goal was 65, which ended on 60, and now to be on 57... I’m excited. The last time I weighed close to this was when I was 22, and fell pregnant with my daughter. That.... was 15 years ago 💃🏼
