Last weigh in for a while – I am off on my first vacation in over a year! Going to be a busy day today getting everything ready. I have decided I am going to let the diet slide a bit while on vacation – nothing crazy – but not going to track everything I eat. That said, I will continue my exercise routine – looking forward to jogging on the beach!
