today 10/20/2018 got a phone call recording from the FDA, reporting/Warning contaminated food from Mann's at Costco. saying DO NOT EAT. RETURN FOR REFUND.
claiming no illnesses reported, but possibility of Listeria contamination from Mann's Nourish Bowl salads that they know from their records that I bought, with Sell by dates of 10/18/17 & 10/19/17.

I am reporting that I WAS infected. 10/15/17 got sore throat 2pm, from Listeria monocytogenes infected by Mann’s nourish bowls southwest chipotle salad from Costco.!! took 5 days to fix it with Spirulina, nutritional yeast, etc. 3 times a day.
Started 2 days after ingestion, with bad sore throat, fast onset. Followed by severe sinus inflammation, sneezing, watering eyes...<<

Not good timing, been slow a lot, until lately. But so sick I had to turn down three jobs.
Very glad I was able to deal with it successfully, and that they warned me (better late than never.) :-)
