coming weekend we will be camping and hope to do some MTB and maybe a 3-5km jog
This week I'm doing a crush diet just till Friday to drop a kg or 2 maybe water weight as we will be eating and drinking this coming weekend.

dankie my lief , my crush diet het soema daai selfde aand wat ek begin het gecrash.
ek het tot vandag toe 700g verloor al het ek gecheat , maar ek dink die oefen help maar baie.
Hoop dit gaan nog goed met jou en al jou goals .
