New personal best running 2 km in 13:22. Kept on going and did 4 km. Then 50 reps at each station around the weights in the gym. This is week 10 of my 12-week fitness course. Still keeping up the gym 4 times a week and steadily increasing my workout. I dropped one more notch on my belt buckle which means I've reduced 4 notches in 10 weeks.
