Not loosing as much as I hoped but anything is better then nothing. Walked/jogged a 5k at the gym the other day. I felt really good about that. I am hoping I can do that a few times a week. I am going to be creating a weekly work out plan, including my crunches and hopefully I will start to see a real difference. peace and weight loss.
