Accountability post day 28. This is day 3 of my soft dry fast. No fluids except for brushing my teeth, washing my hands & a shower. THAT'S ALL. Last night I was almost gonna have some of my natural spring water because I was thirsty. I didn't have any & I'm proud of myself for continuing to challenge my mind everyday!!! I have never lost 4lbs in 24hrs in my whole life, so the #SnakeDiet works amazingly for me!!!

Id love to know what dry fast is or what your doing i need to lose little over 100lbs still :( it doesnt hurt to try new things and im interested in what you are doing ? Thanks wish they has a place to msg privately
