Accountability post day 2. After my 2 refeeds, I didn't even kick myself out of ketosis which I thought I did so that's awesome!!!
This is day 2 of my soft dry fast. I'm definitely still a fattie with at least 40lbs to get rid of. I'm hoping that will be all gone by my birthday in February. I slept right through the night & feel good this morning too!!!
