I'm dehydrated, really chapped lips. Not eating enough veges. I've been at this wt. for quite awhile losing and gaining a few oz. I've lost several inches though, so it's all good. This weight represents 67 lbs. lost total over the past couple years. I've kept most of it off. I'm fully committed and did well during Thanksgiving. I cooked everything for the dinner, but stayed on course. Last month A1c was 5.7.
